Project Milestones
Each project is carefully planned and divided into milestones. Initial stages involve in-depth research, analysis, and documentation to ensure clarity and reduce the risk of cancellations or misunderstandings.
Refund Guidelines

No Refund for Completed Work: As time and effort are invested in each milestone, payments for completed work are non-refundable.

Ownership: All completed work belongs to the client. If a project is discontinued by mutual agreement, any remaining development work will be voided, and previous payments will not be refunded.

No Refund After Design Approval: Once mock-up designs are approved and the project enters the development phase, refunds will no longer be available.

No Partial Refunds: Projects in the middle of a milestone phase are not eligible for partial refunds.
Special Offers & Marketing Services

Non-Cancellable Offers: Services delivered under promotional or limited-time offers are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

SEO & Digital Marketing: These services are non-refundable once initiated. However, clients may cancel future services with 30 days’ written notice.
Inactive or Canceled Projects
If a project is canceled or remains inactive for 30 days or more, no refund will be issued for deposits or prior payments.
